January 6th can be characterized in a few ways, BUT It was not a Trump insurrection. Again, Trump was not charged or convicted for Insurrection under the 14th Amendment.
Rubber bullets were being fired by police long before Trump finished his address.. the escalation of tension occurred BECAUSE of gung-ho cops... this shitshow was avoidable but as always .. the CIA and FBI manage to turn everything upside down and then shift blame on the intended scapegoat of choice...Colorado is run by democrats .. the justice system too.. the last thing they have left is to remove the opposition by any foul deed possible... totally unacceptable...Democraptic TV always updating the latest crap they can muster to a tube near you.

Correct, quite undemocratic.
But Trump, together with a vast number of other politicians, health officials and billionaires need to be in front of a jury.
The crimes against humanity are just too obvious.
