A blatant abuse of people, what I personally think that is just a way to make sure that they will become “health care” consumers besides registered tax payers.

Actually, they dropped the mandate in May 2023 for non-Citizens entering country via plane to provide proof of Covid shots.
"As of May 12, 2023, nonimmigrant travelers (all non-citizens) to the United States are no longer subject to the requirement that they be fully vaccinated with an approved COVID-19 vaccination before boarding an aircraft destined to the United States or before entering the United States through a land or ferry port of entry."
The Covid mandate however, is part of the vaccine requirement of the Medical exam (Form I-693) in order to be approved to become a Permanent Resident (Form I-485). The worst part is that it begins at age 6 months, and regardless how may past Covid shots one had, you have to get the latest Pfizer or Moderna shot being marketed (called 24-25 formulation).
You also have to have a Flu shot during flu season, and an Inactivated Polio shot (even if 85 yrs old), if you can't prove you had a series of polio shots as a child.
The irony about Covid shots is the CDC/Pfizer markets it like a booster when citizens get a Covid shot today.
But for applicants for Permanent Residence they correctly say (indirectly) that the prior Covid shots provide no current benefit, as justification to force buying the latest formulation. That is it is a pure money grab by Big Pharma / CDC in both cases.
And there is no longer any funds for free Covid shots. Used to be free via the Bridge Access Program.
They cost from $140 for a Costco member, to $170 at Walmart, to $200 or more at most other pharmacies.
Replacement Theory works most expediently when the replacers are healthy reproductive-age humans while greater than 70% of those meant to be replaced have internal time bombs ticking away with the LNP encased mRNA expediting their mortality.
Is it all beginning to make sense now — the reason for the millions of invaders invited in to take the place of those having taken the mandated kill shots?

(At least we'd learn if they really want to work or are coming merely to take advantage of the "free stuff" offered to entice their entry for presumably nefarious ends.) They wouldn't even have to learn English -- which, in many cases, they have no intention of doing.
