The daughter (now son) of a friend was tricked by a pediatrician (from the executive board of the Democratic Party) into having the surgery. She/he and her/his mother asked about risks and was told the only negative was that she/he couldn't have kids. The now son almsot died on the operating table, is now immuno compromised for life, suffered and continues to suffer increase bone loss and has a lowered life expectancy. Kids are pushed and not told it will destroy their health and could end their lives. BTW, they are looking for an attorney who practices that area of law.
The stupidity is mind numbing. Besides everything you describe, no way do most of them ever orgasm again or even feel authentic sexual pleasure. Sexual impotence is treated like a paper cut.
This is the most abhorrent medical experimentation/torture in human history, I do believe, perpetrated upon innocent and confused children and their parents.
God Bless the men and women with a soul plus genuine humanity that are pediatricians and working to stop it!

Strange adults who hold power over our children, and promote their agenda altering them, so that their bodies match their yet to mature minds, is insane and abusive. We don’t owe them them our children. Families take back their authority and power.
