I live in south-east Asia, where people use water, typically delivered by a 'bum gun" spray, which makes bog-rolls redundant and does a far more efficient job of cleaning one's private parts, as well as the toilet itself, subsequent to use. Alternatively, there's always the good old French bidet.
I guess when you have a population of over one billion, people are expendable. Shanghai was locked down for two months not a few weeks. Talk about crimes against humanity. Depopulation may be china’s aim, who knows. Nothing else makes sense
