Cases in Europe or our military courts allow the judge to seek truth and not hide it or allow lawyers to lie for the guilty while they remain silent. They only take a few hours while our system allows lawyers to keep a case going for hundreds of years until all the money is gone. Hard to believe, but there was one such case over inheritance of a rich person that holds the record. It would never happen in Europe.
