Simple. The parents were exposed to this ideology since they were young. While they most likely were not taken to drag shows, from what they have been exposed to since early in their lives, this is nothing more than the next logical, baby step. The ground work for this began at least two generations ago, we just didn’t pay attention.
It’s child abuse. Those stupid parents should all have their kids taken from them because they lack the ability to discern between what’s appropriately right and wrong.

I don’t have any issue with drag shows . I just don’t think it’s appropriate for children . I don’t think if they were woman dancing like that it would be ok either . I just don’t get the hyper sexualization of society these days and why we should be putting sex on our kids .
I was ashamed just taking my kids to down town toronto with the posters on the streets . I don’t care if people of the sane sex love each other or if it’s another relationship , I don’t think pornography and making love about sex is helpful .

To me, drag shows are to women what minstrel shows are to black people. As a woman I am offended by this grotesque caricature of "womanhood." Why is it ok to parody women like this? None of this has anything to do with real women. And perversely, real, natural, loving, protective and nurturing women is what these young and innocent children need.

I would think a display like this would horrify children, give them nightmares, and scar them for life.
