I will counter this by saying I appreciate what Paul Alexander thinks is important to share. If the value of his posts to me changes, I can unsubscribe without asking people to change what they're doing to suit my preferences.

Of course I think it's important to share things, but stream of consciousness and random posts lead to subscriber drop and revenue drop, but just my 2 cents.
Substack can get very close to spam. I submit it should be supplemental to social media, not the only platform.
