Dr.Alexander, use https://tinyurl.com/app/ to shorten the substack article link in a tweet. It bypasses the block that Twitter put in early this morning. Took me a little while to figure out how to get around it.

I got this earlier from Matt Taibbi about twitter, and says he'll be continuing to use substack, although he wasn't banned.
