If Commie-La wins, they will want to solidify the win with protests, false flags similar to J6 where in they can declare MAGA, MAGA adjacent, and associated supporters as domestic terrorists or potential terrorists - they'll do this with a Martial law declaration.
If DJT wins, they will feverishly contest the election and riot with the objective of provoking more violence where in there will be a Martial law declaration, adding further fuel to the notion that DJT cannot be allowed to take office.
If it's a toss-up either one of the two scenarios can happen, but note that both end with violence, a Martial law declaration, and the demonization of MAGA.
