Chief Justice John Roberts has demonstrated that he is utterly compromised. Though he may not be the person of the same name mentioned in Jeffrey Epstein‘s infamous Black Book, until C.J. Roberts acknowledges & swears on a Bible that he is not THAT John Roberts then we must continue to suspect and entertain the notion that he is indeed one and the same.
The problem is that the US Supreme Court is dominated by far left communist RINOS like Amy Commie Barrett, Kavanaugh and Lolita Express Roberts in alliance with Democrats. They are not merely RINOS but also Christians in name only. Trump recently criticized Netanyahu. This will not sit well with the SCOTUS.
We saw the January 6 closed circuit surveillance videos previously censored by Dick Cheney's daughter Liz and her sham of a January 6 prosecute Trump "UNselect Committee" (as DJT derisively called it).
There was no insurrection.
In comparison with the months-long George Floyd riots, January 6 at the Capitol was a day at the park.
This outrageous court order is predicated on the false assumption that an "insurrection" occurred.
If the criminal justice system can't get Trump; and the civil courts can't get Trump; then a silver bullet will.
Seems after the Colorado decision, a silver bullet has indeed been saved by uncle Sam; other states will now follow in lockstep.
Even in Africa, there's never been such a state sponsored legal agenda against a presidential candidate, and usually said candidate gets bundled into a vehicle at 3am, never to be seen or heard from again.
Apparently the US doesn't even have the good grace to snuff Trump properly and summarily end his misery.
Colorado would be doing the Republican Party a HUGE favor to disqualify Trump.
And yes they have the authority to do it.
The real issue is what happens WHEN (not IF) Trump is convicted of felonies (at least 10 times) on several independent cases pending.
SCOTUS will not be ruling at this time as whether they can over-rule a State on whether a convicted Felon can appear on the ballot. And what if Trump is already in prison.
SCOTUS would only be ruling on whether a State could disqualify a non-Felon from being on the ballot, for spurious accusations (inciting a riot and not accepting the results of an election.
Personally, I NEVER for a millisecond believed Trump was going to disqualify Biden from being POTUS, so it was a non-issue for me.
But Trump has acted so selfishly Dumb on so many occasions. Its incredible people don't realize that.
DeSantis stands for everything Republicans wanted to believe Trump was, without the stupidity and chaos.
As Nicki Haley correctly said, "Americans will never elect a convicted Felon".
But even if 60% of Republicans "wake up to reality" before Iowa, Trump's advantage is that he has 4 opponents who are splitting the vote for the nomination.
Republicans are by far the dumber party and the MAGA faithful are at the pinnacle of dumb.
Dems WANT DESPERATELY FOR TRUMP TO BE THE NOMINEE, although they also want to see him suffer and rot in prison.
Dems have it all worked out, that at the right moment, Joe Biden will declare his health won't allow him to run, and that will allow DeSantis' debate opponent, Gavin Newsom to be the nominee.
Newsom would crush Trump, but not DeSantis.
Trump can still be a hero and step aside and endorse DeSantis.
After all, it may be Trump's only hope to stay out of prison.
Newsom would not Pardon Trump, but DeSantis most certainly would.
Maybe now the Trump cultists realize that Nicki Haley is indeed the ESTABLISHMENT and War-Mongering Candidate, after 10 months of falsely trying to put that label on DeSantis.
