I wonder why Christians fall for a conman like Trump. I understand he says a lot of right things but he couldn’t recite a passage from the Bible if his life depended on it. At the end of the day he does not serve God. He serves his interests like most billionaires do. He just knows what to say to get the good Christians’ votes.
While I am not pro-Trump in any primary election, voting for him in the 2020 election was the only reasonable choice. During his first 3 years in office, he was indeed the best president of the 21st century (albeit a low bar).
I did not vote for Trump in 2016, but I was elated when he defeated Hillary. He reminds me very much of Jehu in 2 Kings 9. Jehu was a somewhat out of control man, who had various flaws and limitations, nevertheless he accomplished important work for God. Most of us have various flaws and limitations, the question is whether we try to align ourselves with God's will or against it. Biden seems to be nearly perfectly misaligned. I do wish Trump would occasionally admit to major mistakes, like OWS. I also wish he would have embodied the TV persona he created and said "You're fired!" to Fauci and Birx. Also I wish he would have handled the rigged 2020 election much better...

Trump appointed 3 Supreme Court justices who interpret the Constitution somewhat well, certainly better than anyone other than Clarence Thomas or Samuel Alito.
