The cops in AZ are top notch,
But that not always the case, in the 1990s Clinton gave the cops far to much power.

in Oregon the cops were mostly on the take,they'd pull you for no reason, and got so bad we called them Rasta Cops,because the were no better than what you'd expect in a Thrid World County 😉
