Although this NYT opinion piece acknowledges the weaknesses and the likely futility of the NYC DA's prosecution of its case against President Trump, I don't appreciate the author's apparent intent to assist the DA's office by offering unsolicited advice to alter and improve the direction of the prosecution's theories and litigation of the case.
