Reminds me of my first flu shot in the sixties. The shot was arranged so that the office people could get injected on Friday. On Monday a large portion of the office had the worst cold they had had in years. We blamed it on the injection. They said it didn't give you the flu. Now I am reading that the vaccines, including the flu may offer some support against the virus but the injection screws up your immune system so that you are vulnerable to anything else going around.
