but lots to unpack; very interesting read, I enjoy this writing...I learn; 'it is very interesting that so many antifungal and antiparasitic medicines and herbs are also reported'...
My understanding is that most of the conventional treatments for toxoplasmosis don't work very well an have bad side effects. I suspect that ivermectin is the safest and most effective way to treat toxoplasmosis. But, there is another anti-parasitic drug called fenbendazole that I suspect would also probably be effective. Also, I read that oregano oil and Artemisia annua (aka sweet wormwood) are also both effective at inhibiting toxoplasmosis.
My pleasure. I am growing several different varieties of oregano, and wormwood, and I make oregano and wormwood hydrosols. I call oregano, wormwood, and ivermectin the holy trinity of drugs. LOL. Also, black seed oil, aka nigella sativa, is at the top of my list too.
I've read that black walnut hulls are good at killing parasites, so it might be effective at treating toxoplasmosis too. I just looked it up and don't see any articles about it treating toxoplasmosis specifically, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was also effective. . My friend in Pennsylvania has a huge black walnut tree in her yard. I'm going to collect a few of them the next time I visit.
Thank you, Paul!! I am so psyched you shared it. I hope more people look into it for themselves, and maybe even come up with working treatments against bradyzoites, before we hear anything about the new safe and effective toxo vaccine! :)
ivermectin is effective at killing the toxoplasmosis parasite.
Ooooh. Interesting.
There is people that can’t get ivermectin. Is there anything else that can get rid of it too? if you happen to know by any chance?
