At the onset of Dr McCullough promoting the povidone nasal wash, I remember having read a paper from the U of McGill dept of medecine encouraging their doctors and health staff to clear their nose with this solution. Did it even make it to the media and medical recommendations for regular people? Nope.

We’re using nascent iodine in a mixture with 2 to 1 ratio (regular saline to hydrogen peroxide 3%) nebulized (nebulizer)
Can regular topical povidone iodine be used for nasal application?
2tsp 10%povidone iodine mixed with 6oz distilled water gives you a1% solution. Spray in nostrils/gargle every couple of hours while awake.
