Is your beloved Ukraine which has twice accepted the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court going to arrest Netanyahu if he sets foot in Ukraine? Ukraine seems to now be in the same camp as the 125 countries whose legislatures have ratified the ICC, including Canada, the UK, all of Western Europe, all of South America etc. Iran, a critic of the ICC that does not accept its jurisdiction - I wonder why - has said that the issuing of arrest warrants is not enough and has demanded that Netanyahu be sentenced to death. The ICC says that there is a prima facie case against Netanyahu that it is incumbent on him to answer. Should he not get a trial first and a chance to clear his name and only be sentenced if he is unable to rebut the evidence and is proven guilty? Does Ukraine agree with Iran's Khamenei that the sentence should be one of execution? Insofar as the ICC does not impose the death penalty, will Ukraine lobby for them to change their penalties so it can be imposed? There is good evidence that Khamenei, like Zelenskyy, has committed despicable crimes against his own people. If Netanyahu ever does stand in the dock in the Hague, should Khamenei and Zelenskyy stand alongside him?
Another great illustration. 2 in a row and on a roll! Your latest comment towards my own is what’s known as a strawman argument. Can’t refute the original points I made and instead point to issues totally unrelated.
