I try to use the info not only about covid but the reset that is taking place globally as a prayer list- issues and people to pray for. Trusting in the sovereignty of a good and righteous Heavenly Father reminds me that this world is not my home. 🙏🏼✝️
I stop, go into prayer, connect with the holy spirit and ask God to direct me to "The Next Right Thing".

Dear Elizabeth: With sincere respect and empathy, the answer is not to ask authors to "slow down" but to calmly pace yourself and perhaps selectively concentrate on the authors you value most. Also, deep breathing exercises and yoga help to maintain composure. For those so inclined, nothing is better than prayer.
Unplug from as many sources as possible. (I don't own a cell).
Go outside as much as you can.
Play an instrument.
Take care of physical stuff first - feeding animals, yourself, and checking on children (no matter how old(!)
Limit the "trusted " sources....?!?!? (I'm still having trouble feeling who and what is real that comes into my inbox).
