I don't believe his claim that he was ignorant. All world renowned medical doctors that disagreed with him or who wanted to try drugs like hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin were censored and many lost their jobs. Countries around the world that used hydroxychloroquine had low mortality and infection rates. The virus had a 99% survival rate for the majority of otherwise healthy people, was not transmitted by children, and there was no room for natural immunity (our best defense). Give me a break!

According to the WHO, there was a 0.05% IFR, for all under 70. About the same as the flu.
