By it's very design - interfering with the normal operation of a cells most critical function - the transcription of mRNA in production of cell specific processes - they were playing with fire to begin with...
I'd suspect any cell that got the lab made mRNA from the injection, is doomed, as the primitive lab mRNA has no off switch, and is designed to stick around producing the unnatural spike protein...
Any reverse transcription is going to lead to replication error if the cell evades lymphocyte infiltration death, and replication error leads to potential cancer / other genetic dysfunction ...

Whether on one hand creating messenger RNA, a vehicle for the penetration of the cell nucleus as originally conceived to deliver beneficial genetic interventions in those whose genetic makeup was deficient for optimal health, or on the other hand harnessing the power of the atom to provide unlimited safe and inexpensive energy - both have been misused for immeasurable evil.
Do we blame the innovators - the Einsteins, Tellers, Oppenheimers, or Malones - for the unintended consequences of their brilliance, or do we hold culpable the MISUSERS of the technology?
If we do the former, we will send a chilling message to future innovators which will doom scientific progress.
We must only assign guilt to those who exploit innovation for evil ends…not approach the slippery slope of blaming the innovators themselves!

Talk about collusion of a sinister kind. My level of trust for person, in any position of authority is about zero. That is my net-zero policy.
