I live in Hawaii, where our vax rate is in the 90%. There are people collapsing daily, especially in the city. My husband is a bus driver and he says whenever someone collapses, he sees about 20 on average daily, police surround the person and blocks anyone from taking pics etc. Is this normal? I don’t remember police responding to medical emergencies like this before.
