We have a hearing this Friday, October 18th in our FEDERAL CRIMINAL case. Oral arguments on our motion to dismiss due, in part, to the reversal of Chevron, and on the prosecution's motion to preclude our use of a necessity defense! Will be determinative in our Constitutional ability to defend ourselves.
This really says it all, right on target! To be shared far and wide! Well stated and no room for argument! The floodgates have opened, no stopping it now!
