I was born and raised in San Fransicko (3rd generation). I retired (forced) from SF. I used to commute into the city on weekends very early (100 mile commute). I would see guys half naked with leather on the street. What at sight at 0600! No, this is NOT acceptable. SF is Soddam and Gemorrah. Moving away was the best gift I could have given myself.

I would assume that unless they are having sex in the streets, a parade or festival can't be any more harmful than any other type of festival.
