When the child was very young, he tried to burn their house down and they had nothing but behavioral problems with him. The last I heard, the “child” is in custody for robbery. The man who adopted the child is a chief in a law enforcement agency. I think the drugs definitely affect brain development, etc.

This is a combination of lack of proper parenting, lack of morals, genetics (including lower IQ), and drug abuse (possibly including that of the biological parents). Tens of millions of people take anti-depressants in the US every day.
No one else is going into hospitals and strangling babies.

Depending on which day of your pregnancy you took it on the damage to the unborn baby would vary.
