Not sure where it was first released (not leaked) but now we know who created SARS-Cov-2 and that it was created on the watch or instruction of Biden and Obama and we also now know that Ron Johnson and Rand Paul are part of the cover up and whitewash like Fauci. The answers were hiding in plain sight in the published scientific literature all along:
