We must investigate these reports and never let any of the decision-makers off the hook if they killed our parents and grandparents. We investigate all involved in Canada, US, UK, anywhere and we strip them of every $ they own and put them in jail!

Litigation is difficult when the "standard of care" is intubation and sedation, but the second one has a case going.
