In China, despite all the "pull factors" including the higher life expectancy of people who live there compared to Americans and the fact that its economic system is producing millionaires at a faster rate than the US and has already produced more billionaires than the US, plus the lower rate of violent crime there etc, they don't have this problem. Japan also does not have this problem. Singapore does not have this problem. Even Canada does not have this problem. All of these countries have higher mean IQ than the US does but that can't be the only explanation for why they successfully control illegal immigration and the US doesn't.
