In this cohort, SARS-CoV-2 antibodies persisted for up to 1 year after initial seropositivity, suggesting long-term natural immunity; score another win for natural immunity
Pls check out Dr. McMillain ( Vejon research) on Substack. He has a new hypothesis, why Omikron won over the old variants ( Alpha-Delta). Maybe Furin cleavage site antibodies in the vaccinated ? This is of big concern as Omikron takes a different way into the cell ( via endosomes).
From what I have read, it's quite possible that this covid thing was around since 2019 or even 2018. If so, it really didn't move to quickly among the population and was relatively unknown so no precautions were taken. And then suddenly BAM...within a week the entire world was sprouting millions of cases in early 2020. What nonsense.
I don't believe I have had covid and it's been around for 3 years, at least. Maybe natural immunity is stable for a long, long time.
So I had alpha May of 21. Too bad that natural immunity didn’t keep me from getting omicron 6 mos later. But it was very mild and I haven’t had any illness since in the past year. So my guess is, once this mutates far enough away from BA1, I probably will get another variant. 🤷♀️ I’m ready.
I had my SARS-CoV-2 abs tested 5 weeks after my brush with Omicron at the beginning of last October - it was through the roof at over 2,500 units per ml 😯 Prior to that, I encountered Delta in August 2021 with a similar result. Not bad for natural immunity!
🙋♀️ I'm over 12 months and very happy about it. I pray I never get it again. It was awful
Me too. Delta 12.21 in Germany. 4 weeks hospital ( not vaxxed ). But still Fatique. But very high levels of iG - spike related ABs
This is encouraging news. The longevity of natural immunity is a necessity with the large amount of jabbed folks shedding the poison on the unjabbed.

This is a poor title. "Up to" should be omitted. Should also explain it could be longer, but they only are reporting up to a year.
Mine have lasted 2 years.
