I have a friend that is 38 years old, and suddenly developed a dizziness in past month to the point of needing a cane to walk, also slurring speach. Hospital tests have not been able to identify a cause. Now they are saying it could be stress. Yes has been vaxed, 2 +1 . ANY ADVISE,
