Safe and effective. Really? If it was effective, why do you need 4 doses? If it was safe, there would not have been deaths. All about money, power, depopulation.
The Jerusalem Post had an article several months back which was trying to make the case that the third shot was safe. It stated that chest pains and/or shortness of breath only affected 0.3% or 0.4% of people getting the shots. Those are pretty high rates for potentially serious effects IMO.

No dose of any vaccine was ever needed. It's a war industry product.
For a virus with a 99% recovery rate for most.
You now have a greater chance of adverse effects from the experimental jab than dying of the disease itself.

And yet...I heard a commercial on the radio today in Los Angeles, reminding people to get their 4th dose.
