It's difficult to see how the USA avoids a civil war. The radicalized Democrats are hell-bent on achieving their brand of fascism. They will not stop short of full power and control unless they are stopped.
A Presidential term was disrupted by obvious fraud. A Presidential election stolen. A President (and his supporters) are being persecuted. An army, 80,000 strong, has been hired to pursue MAGA Americans. Biden's recent rhetoric is unambiguous - they're in the final stages of usurping America.
The 'business as usual' approach to resistance adopted to date will achieve what it has achieved so far - the losing of America.

I believe that Ron Klain tweeted that Trump was being investigated for breaking a law (to do with Presidential records) which doesn’t specify incarceration as punishment, but does render the guilty party ineligible to run for or hold Federal public office.

To become a president, an individual only needs to satisfy three requirements.
They include:
Must be at least 35 years old.
Must be a resident of the United States.
Must be a native-born citizen of the United States.
Nowhere in the Constitution does it specify the individual must have a clean criminal record.
Because of that, a felon could become the president.
