No, he’s a sociopath, devoid of emotion. He is a repeat offender who likes to return to the scene of his crimes. He basks in the limelight, and believes he is too smart and slick to ever be caught. He outwits the plebeians and intellects alike and revels in the nefarious outcomes.
I doubt that that's his problem. Look for the photo of him from a few decades ago with rather exclusive buddies like Gates Sr., Rockefeller, Soros and other more prominent members of the parasitical class.
Interesting post regarding Fauci. I would also suggest that he could also be a psychopath - a mentally unstable person: a person having an egocentric and antisocial personality marked by a lack of remorse for one's actions, an absence of empathy for others, and often criminal tendencies.
The Democratic party suffers from this. They need the less fortunate in our society to depend on them and they never really elevate people from poverty or actually help them.
