had seroreactivity with the 1918 virus; nearly 90 years after the pandemic. Seven of the eight donor samples tested had circulating B cells that secreted antibodies that bound the 1918 HA.
Couple more factors, Paul. WHO is now ignoring herd immunity while stating vaccines are required for immunity. In mid 80s pharmas gained partial liability immunity from vax injuries. Then about 20 plus years later Congress pass a law and HHS pushed policies that made about impossible to secure vaccine injury compensation. Then, and this is surprising, when above went to Supreme Court, ALL vaccine liability was removed from pharma cartels. Who dissented on the court, of all people Ginsburg, (CFR) and Sotomayor, if I recall.
So, memory hole herd immunity, fake vaccines replace our natural immunity, and we have no legal recourse. DOD knew the above with the WARP EUA jabs, so whatever was in the contract that supported safety, the above would nullify, I SUSPECT, not a lawyer.

edit: I came across a bunch of data some time back (years) that pointed out that all the 1918 'flu' data can not be trusted. The war ran mustard, some form of tear gas and chlorine mixed with whatever; plus aspirin was important then and several studies pointed out that aspirin was applied way over the top; then you have all the army bugs, dysentery, fevers, syphilis, and bunch of stuff
