What caused his medical emergency? What killed this strong young man? Was it a pure drowning? Why did so many NFL linked players (ex etc.) die suddenly over the last year? Did you know?
I think "deaths by drowning" are up significantly since the vaccine roll-out. This would fit the hypothesis that these drowning victims, stressed by swimming and trying to stay above water, had some kind of heart attack that precipitated their drowning. Or at least some percentage of these drowning deaths.
It should be easy to simply count the number of drowning deaths in America post 2021 and compare to pre-2020.

Dowd’s book listings cannot be disputed as they were researched and documented. It will be impossible to find a more legitimate report due to lack of research and all of the coverups. Personally, I no longer try to educate fools as it is a waste of time.

And was he by any chance trying to swim back to shore against a minus tide, that can pull you out and wear you out if you are trying to swim directly against it.. Very dangerous. Ocean swimming is nothing like swimming in a lake or pond or swimming pool. If he was a mediocre or poor swimmer he could have panicked and got taken down before anyone knew he was in trouble. Drinking alchohol or being on drugs while swimming can have a fatal outcome and has had in many csses. Just because he was a star athlete in some other field doesnt mean he knew how to swim, or was safe to be swimming in the sea.
In any case he should be autopsied with the results released to the public
