If the merit principle is used in employment or academic selection, whites will miss out on employment or academic places which will go to intellectually superior Ashkenazi Jews and Asians.

In Nazi Germany, when population percentages did not reflect enrollment or employment, the Germans called it Jewish manipulation and greed.
In reality it was the intellectual inferiority of non-Jewish Germans that was responsible for the far greater success of German Ashkenazi Jews in all areas of German life.
White Americans can never compete with Askenazi Jews or Asians who are the intellectual superiors of white Americans. It makes sense that whites should occupy inferior positions and play a subservient role.
I don't dispute that Asians on average score somewhat higher than Caucasians on IQ tests. (Charles Murray& Richard Herrnstein, The Bell Curve.) However, that doesn't mean that every Asian is brighter than every Caucasian.
I'm surprised to see you set Ashkenazi Jews apart as a separate population from Caucasians, keeping in mind (iirc) that you have provided info to establish that most Ashkenazi Jews have a European genetic heritage. (I have always considered Jews Caucasians. They are neither Asian nor black African, after all.)
Two quick questions:
How does Asian intellectual superiority square with the apparent Chinese need to steal the intellectual property of Caucasian people?

And Chinese have an average IQ of 105 but are likewise a tiny minority in the US. The data shows that Whites are very underrepresented in Ivy League college admissions and fortune 500 companies' hiring because they actively discriminate against whites.

The irony is that they call themselves a US “university.” And...remember those across the board “Affirmative Action” quota requirements? Is it any wonder why these schools turn out ignorant, unskilled, radical racists who enter the workforce and who continue to push their racist agenda? Affirmative Action was the “free pass” route that has NOW been RENAMED to “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.” Same game...different name. It’s a standard tactic in the playbook.
Not to mention the vast majority of the "white" people's families were not in this country at the time. Many came in the subsequent immigration waves that happened in the late 19th and early 20th century.
McGill University has a rigged system as well. It uses something it calls “baskets” and a hiring committee puts the top candidates in the “outstanding basket.” One of the individuals in this basket must be of a “visible minority” (one of those poor oppressed people with a PhD from Harvard or Stanford…so oppressed!), and then the equity committee selects the candidate from that basket and the selected candidate must be the visible minority. They say equity, diversity and inclusion a lot as they practice race based and sex based discrimination, and they pollute the faculty with their miasmatic ethics in mandating this system.
