'No White Faculty Allowed; At the University of Washington, civil rights laws have not stopped blatant racial discrimination in faculty hiring'; why would U of Washington discriminate against white
people, faculty? IMO, righting wrongs (redressing) of slavery & abuse of past should not be done on the backs on white people who had zero to do with it! Note, white people were slaves too! BARBARY
Democrats have always been racists. There policies have always hurt the black middle and lower classes since the days of slavery. POTUS DJT showed them that it doesn’t have to be like that & the blacks are beginning to leave the Democrat plantation.
The Dems are now trying to create a group of ‘house’ N!663rs with these diversity hires that will be dependent on Dem politicians to protect their jobs, because there is no way they will survive on a level playing field. And it is all reinforced by the public school teachers unions who keep the urban black kids un or under educated & indoctrinated.
Between the racism and baby killing pro abortion policies and activism they are just out right evil. No redeeming quality.
So “Institutional racism” is now directed at Whites and Asians a clear violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Meritocracy is gone. CRT completely destroyed South Africa which was the 1st country to embrace it. The USA is similarly imploding.

The irony is that they call themselves a US “university.” And...remember those across the board “Affirmative Action” quota requirements? Is it any wonder why these schools turn out ignorant, unskilled, radical racists who enter the workforce and who continue to push their racist agenda? Affirmative Action was the “free pass” route that has NOW been RENAMED to “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.” Same game...different name. It’s a standard tactic in the playbook.
Not to mention the vast majority of the "white" people's families were not in this country at the time. Many came in the subsequent immigration waves that happened in the late 19th and early 20th century.
McGill University has a rigged system as well. It uses something it calls “baskets” and a hiring committee puts the top candidates in the “outstanding basket.” One of the individuals in this basket must be of a “visible minority” (one of those poor oppressed people with a PhD from Harvard or Stanford…so oppressed!), and then the equity committee selects the candidate from that basket and the selected candidate must be the visible minority. They say equity, diversity and inclusion a lot as they practice race based and sex based discrimination, and they pollute the faculty with their miasmatic ethics in mandating this system.
