Biden clearly committed a crime. Trump did not. Trump had declassification authority and was under no obligation to give proof of declassification to pen pushing bureaucrats. Biden had no declassification authority. The National Archives and DOJ are not cooperating with House oversight. There is a stench of corruption around Garland and Wray and Garland's Special Counsel all are hopelessly compromised. All including Jack Smith must be immediately removed. This is a bigger scandal than Watergate. It is surely the duty of every patriotic American to make these points that I have articulated far and wide, through all media forums, across the entire country, incessantly. The facility where Tara Reade thinks her sexual harassment and assault evidence may be stored needs to be inspected. Impeachment proceedings must be commenced against Garland ASAP. Biden should not be removed but should be encouraged to run again for election so he can politically bleed out if he survives impeachment, preparations for which should commence immediately. Do not let this opportunity go to waste.
Contrary to what so many keep repeating, Executive Order 13292 grants the Vice President and others the privilege to classify and declassify. The EO's wording though is not clear whether the VP can declassify what someone not directly in his chain of command classified. Biden has this power as President.
