We use diluted hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer as well--keeps lungs clear of infection, and the sinuses too.

My sister was living with me last year, and she caught COVID at the gym. I would gargle with hydrogen peroxide/water mix, and would put a few drops on a q-tip and rub around inside my nostrils a few times a day, and I never caught COVID, even with her being sick inside the same house with me. I also took 3mg of ivermectin per day, which is a very small dose.

Dr Alexander.

Whilst the immediate effectiveness of povidone iodine and hydrogen peroxide nasal sprays seems unequivocally positive, is there any mechanism for damage - with frequent use - to the mucosal immune system over time?

I HIGHLY recommend this! I had a head cold(?) around Christmas 2021. I found myself rubbing my temples, under my eyes, and cheeks as they were tender and it was increasing by the day. I was still functioning my daily activities but found I had a low grade fever of 99.5 24 hours a day. I ran across the article mentioned and tried it. Within hours my sinuses started draining like crazy and the next day I realized I'd forgotten what it felt like to feel good! I continued the treatment for 3-4 days but my fever returned to normal on day 2.

Great information. My husband and I regularly use nasal/throat sanitation products recommended by FLCCC, Dr. McCullough and others. We think it has helped us. We dilute to 1% for the povidone iodine solution which is what I heard Dr. Marik and others recommend.

I substituted xylitol for sugar in my coffee. Big mistake. It wipes out your gut biome and resulted in diverticulitis. I now use a solution of salt and xylitol as a mouthwash and gargle.

For example: https://newatlas.com/health-wellbeing/common-mouthwash-saliva-acidic-alter-oral-microbiome/

And if it might disturb the mouth biome then it most likely would also affect the gut biome as well

The key is to understand your body so you know your first symptoms of illness - fatigue...tingling .. etc. use these products then.

Do we know that using these products on a daily basis won’t disrupt local biomes? Seems like it would be better to use for early treatment.

Povidone iodine use 1% for Gargle and mouth spray but too irritant for nose drops. Use Xlear for that

H2O2 best is 0.5% nebulizer. Use at 4 times a day or more if early symptoms or post contact

I thought the jabby-jabs were 95% effective.

They are still giving you spike protein with its engineered gp120, snail toxin and amyloidogenic epitopes. Do you really want to poison yourself with the same poison sars-cov-2 poisons you with?

I don't.

I used carrageenan nasal spray to good apparent effect. Now I can't get it and use saline spray.

Interesting unrelated article in the New York Post by two of the co-authors of The Great Barrington Declaration:

Excerpt:

"Due to insufficient protection of older people — whose COVID-mortality risk is more than 1,000-fold higher than that of the young — official counts attribute more than 1 million deaths to COVID in the United States and almost 7 million worldwide. Though people vehemently disagreed about the wisdom of lockdowns, school closures, vaccine mandates and discrimination, masks and so much else, there is near-universal agreement that what we did failed."
