Absolutely. It's my first line of defense. Makes total sense to me. I have a variety of products that I use. I totally believe you have to take full responsibility for your health. It has served me quite well and I am 71 years old.

I have never thought they worked. I absolutely hate wearing a mask and the minute I am outside of mask requirement zones I can't wait to rip it off and breathe in fresh air. I see people walking outside with masks on. I see them driving in their cars with masks on. Luckily for me I am retired and only have to wear a mask briefly while shopping. It breaks my heart that I have 4 grandchildren that are probably wearing these horrible breathing barriers for hours in a day. This is madness on a scale that I can't believe and get my head around. I have family members that tell me in the end you get used to it. Not me.

If the study was legit, it would imply they have the virus isolate.
