Good for you supporting POTUS Trump Dr. Alexander. I came across a very long list of over 100 Trump accomplishments. I randomly fact checked quite a few. They were all true. I loved the one where he put in a bank of 800 number phones on White House property answered by injured military people and their spouses 24/7 to handle service people's health / injury claims. He told operators if they had trouble getting a claim settled he would pick up the phone and sort it out himself. He gave incentives to US companies who moved abroad to return to the US and employ Americans. More Blacks had jobs under Trump than any other President. He had deleted many outdated federal laws limiting new company buildings and expansions to increase employment. The US was energy independent under Trump. The world was a safer place under Trump - he told N Korea's Rocket Man to stop firing off rockets "or else". He did. Two weeks after Biden was President Rocket man fired off 2 rockets towards Japan. Trump warned Putin that he was going to bomb an airport in Syria that was housing helicopters that were dropping barrel bombs on civilians. Russia had some fighter planes at the airport. Putin got his planes out of there and Trump flattened the airport the next day and no more barrel bombs.
Trump was up against a mountain of opposition at every level of our corrupt government but still managed a strong economy and relative world peace and stability.

Yikes, don’t get me started. I know the point of your article is you got booted out because you supported Trump, but I got hung up on EBP. Rather than fix the guidelines, let’s hit ‘delete’ and go back to medicine as it used to be - when physicians learned the art and science of healing and medicine. When critical thinking, differential diagnosis and common sense prevailed. I don’t know what’s happened to medical training, but I see new physicians looking up (on their phones, Up-To-Date and even Google) treatment algorithms and protocols (which we know are based on falsified science to benefit pharmaceutical companies). Combined with the nursing crisis — older, experienced nurses leaving the profession, Who remains to mentor the new nuses? Nurses with 1 year of experience! Its a shitshow out there. Stay out of hospitals, but if you have to go, make sure you have a watchful family member with you at all times.

What happened is that big pharma donates millions of dollars to med schools every year, to the AMA, etc. They want something in return. Doctors get freebie trips to "conferences" in places like Hawaii for their CMEs. Keep the brainwashing up to date.

Reality is being distorted to the point where nobody can see or tell the difference. What kind of impact will that add, especially to kids who simply need to be kids! Is quite deliberate and destructive. Anything and everything is being used to “Slow Boil America”. That way nobody “jumps out of the pot” sort of speak. The same the CDC changed the definition of vaccine. Subtle and oh it’s really better this way to encompass everything! I say wrong!
