3. Ban paper-backed currencies (unlike real-backed ones of point 1.)
4. Enforce a Legal Banking Reserve of 100% of deposits (so banks don't create money based on air) and therefore there's no excuse for a Central Bank, because there would be no risk of bank-runs since all their loans are fully backed with deposits

The excess death rate in Sweden, where there were no ineffective lockdown or mandatory masking in place in 2020-2021, the two worst years of the pandemic was about 0.0167%, according to a recent analysis. This includes the COVID-19 diagnosis inflation created by paying doctors and hospitals to diagnose it with the flawed PCR test even when symptoms were not present. The actual IFR was probably much lower, probably around 0.01% across the board, with younger populations (e.g., under 40 being closer to 0.001% or less).
