It’s not just those two drugs. I was put on a GLP-1 based medication Trajantamet- developed gastrointestinal paresis . In all “classes” of medication they share common ingredients across the class. I’m actually a type 2 diabetic. I felt like I was dying.

Daily Mail had an article pointing out all the "Ozempic Faces" at the recent Met Gala with comparisons of the same women from the previous year when they were 10-15 or more pounds heavier. Such a shame to see what they've done to themselves.

And Ozempic butt too! You lose muscle with these drugs which reduces basal metabolic rate. That is why you end up sagging. Start eating normal again and the pounds of fat pile right back plus more because of losing muscle. Sensible weight loss means losing the bad habits that caused the problem fat in the first place! Take care of yourself. Good health is good looks.

An all ruminate meat plus eggs and fish , eaten until comfortably full . No carbs will slim you down , but don’t forget to add animal fat to the diet after weight loss ,as rabbit starvation can happen without a balance of the protein and fats. I eat fatty hamburger ,orange yolk eggs , fish with 5 pats of butter and I still lose too much weight sometimes. It could be my natural weight is 140 lbs as most of my life it was 180lbs

Roughly two years ago, I was prescribed Ozempic for my condition, which turned out to have unpleasant side effects. However, I managed to discover these side effects through online research, so I chose not to use it.

How to reverse insulin spikes?

Exercise more Exercise helps control blood sugar spikes by increasing the sensitivity of your cells to the hormone insulin. Exercise also causes muscle cells to absorb sugar from the blood, helping lower blood sugar levels. Both high intensity and moderate intensity exercise may reduce blood sugar spikes.

If people want to lose weight, check out the Carnivore WOE! My sister and I started in mid-January and have been losing weight steadily, inflammation has gone away! My sister has type 2 diabetes, her blood sugar used to be in the high 300 to 400 and now it has been between 108 and the highest 200, our blood work is good with good cholesterol, and don't need to put chemicals in your body, all you have to do is eat meat, fish, shrimp, eggs, butter, bacon, pork grinds, no carbs, and no fruits and vegetables cause inflammation! I initially did not believe it, but the doctors have been lying! Oh, one more thing use beef fat, bacon grease, and butter for your cooking, do not use petroleum oil in the stores, use only animal lard
