It’s not just those two drugs. I was put on a GLP-1 based medication Trajantamet- developed gastrointestinal paresis . In all “classes” of medication they share common ingredients across the class. I’m actually a type 2 diabetic. I felt like I was dying.

all of the GLP-1s are problematic

Daily Mail had an article pointing out all the "Ozempic Faces" at the recent Met Gala with comparisons of the same women from the previous year when they were 10-15 or more pounds heavier. Such a shame to see what they've done to themselves.

yes, agreed

And Ozempic butt too! You lose muscle with these drugs which reduces basal metabolic rate. That is why you end up sagging. Start eating normal again and the pounds of fat pile right back plus more because of losing muscle. Sensible weight loss means losing the bad habits that caused the problem fat in the first place! Take care of yourself. Good health is good looks.

An all ruminate meat plus eggs and fish , eaten until comfortably full . No carbs will slim you down , but don’t forget to add animal fat to the diet after weight loss ,as rabbit starvation can happen without a balance of the protein and fats. I eat fatty hamburger ,orange yolk eggs , fish with 5 pats of butter and I still lose too much weight sometimes. It could be my natural weight is 140 lbs as most of my life it was 180lbs

I hear no medical professionals speaking out about RSV a childhood disease. The pharma companies started advertising that it is a common adult disease for those over 50. Of course, the CDC jumped on board with that. How do they test for RSV? PCR of course. They can find whatever they want with a PCR test. They are getting more money for an unnecessary vaccine for a illness that doesn't happen in a population they are selling it to. I did see Dr. McCullough say one time it is rare for adults. I don't understand why MD's aren't speaking out against this. Another chance to get an mRNA product in us if people aren't informed. Another money making scheme is the HIV drugs that make it non detectable. FDA won't accept blood donations from those individuals if they are on those drugs. They know those drugs don't make the blood safe. Another scam.

Roughly two years ago, I was prescribed Ozempic for my condition, which turned out to have unpleasant side effects. However, I managed to discover these side effects through online research, so I chose not to use it.

good choice...look, its personal decisions but this is very troubling what media is saying now as to side effects

Absolutely, Dr. Alexander. Online research is what saved me from this harmful substance.

How to reverse insulin spikes?

Exercise more Exercise helps control blood sugar spikes by increasing the sensitivity of your cells to the hormone insulin. Exercise also causes muscle cells to absorb sugar from the blood, helping lower blood sugar levels. Both high intensity and moderate intensity exercise may reduce blood sugar spikes.

YES! Exercise is everything! And Berberine and Cinnamon are much better than Metformin as there are no side effects or contraindications.
