Doctor, is it accurate to say the vaccinated are infecting each other with their vaccine damaged immune systems?

Here in Ontario Canada our leaders say we have a vaccination rate over 91% but more positive tests have been found in the vaccinated than unvaccinated since last Aug. & now every season is flu season & all fully vaxed work places are having.....COVID outbreaks causing staffing shortages. To me that is 100% proof the vaxed are infecting the vaxed with their vaccine damaged immune systems.
