You did mean to say that there have been hundreds of positive-efficacy studies for IVM & HCQ, not "while FDA et al. discredits IVM and HCQ based on hundreds of studies" -- which is to say they BASED their discreditation ON the studies. No-- they discredited the drugs DESPITE those hundreds of studies.
