As it is, it suggests there was no peak in spring 20 - there was a big peak in serious disease, but testing started afterwards. And that testing was also flawed, as we know. Presently a lot of people here are reporting a positive Covid test - I haven't heard of anyone actually sick though. Sniffles, maybe.
