Dr Mercola has been suggesting this method as well (for the last year or so). Also using HP with saline in a nebulizer.

Just had a suspected case of the deadly coof. Did the nasal rinse with iodine. Also took NAC, Quercetin, milkshakes with curcumin and nigella sativa. Some vitamins. Over it in 3 days.

I remember when this hit the mainstream and the media and CDC mocked it. So much blood on their hands. Dr. Brownstein published a book on his clinical use of peroxide. He was promoting peroxide in spring 2020. There are commercial mouthwash that also work. So many inexpensive things that could have empowered people, saved lives and restored normalcy

#1 Inexpensive things - Nope, has to be Big Pharma, new, experimental, and expensive.

#2 They don't want people empowered. They want us scared.

#3 They don't want peoples lives saved. They wouldn't have created death/clot shots if they wanted everyone to live.

#4 They do not want normality. <--- The real word, not the one Nixon made up. They want your life to be in upheaval.

How about colloidal or ionic silver? Has that been used successfully?

I saw people online reporting success with colloidal silver early on. I do worry about inhaling heavy metals, though. Based on past non-COVID experience, I would always have some on hand.

Dr. Mercola has been recommending this protocol from day 1. I was flushing my sinuses with budesonide for months for a sinus issue and never contracted COVID

Any chance you could video the ingredients and actual rinsing process to show us what you’re telling us to do?

not telling, suggesting, and this is verified research that the oral rinse and nasal kills maybe 100% of this virus in the nostrils...dentists have been limited in impact and because they do this...we were informed and had we known we would have had this as part of the early treatment much earlier...the decision is yours and if you wish to share with your doctor but it is highly effective...in fact if done 2 or 3 times daily especially if come from outside, it will keep risk to zero..these phuckers with the vaccine won't stop so are driving these variants but we have this that works...I am trying to get a video...

My dentist did this during early covid before the hygienist looked in my mouth.

the orthomolecular med folks posted a great Youtube video recently about the studies with HCW's using H2O2 and having incredible success. Was removed almost immediately. These platforms should be held liable for suppression of valid medical information that could have allowed people to improve their own COVID prevention strategies and outcomes. This isn't new information, I sent H2O2 and nebulizers to family members in Feb/March 2020. Sent liposomal glutathione to family before they got vaccinated. Best I could do. So far, everyone is okay.

Maybe after working a shift in a CV hospital ward or vax or vax testing site where near leaky vaccines and samples, but not wise to regularly use indiscriminant sterilzers on your microbiome that contains helpful microbiological travelers on and within us that our immune systems depend on. You've got some good information you share, Dr. Alexander, but your training in germ theory of disease to the exclusion of terrain theory of disease is a known limitation of western medicine, allopathy. The blinders medical schools put on their students is often dangerous, where that style of health care fails. Wise healers know they must work *with* nature, God's creation, not against it all the time.

What are your recommendations that work with nature, but keeps the illness from taking over once you have it?

Expand full comment

Improve your inner terrain. Do the things that the health professionals you grew up with told you to do before 2020:

- get proper nutrition, eating the essential nutrients you need, get probiotics and fiber while avoiding excessive sugars and carbohydrates

- stay hydrated - pee clear knowing that yellow into darker orange means dehydration

- have regular exercise routines of at least 30 minutes/day of robust cardio

- get as much fresh air outside as is practicable, indoor air is the most polluted of all

- get 30 minutes/day of sunlight on at least 40% of your skin surface *without* UV sunblock for natural essential vitamins, sterilizes bad microbiome on your skin

- get 6-8 hours sleep/night to allow body to repair damage and regenerate

- practice good hygiene, wash hands with ordinary soap (not antibac), don't pick nose

- manage stressors to reduce toxins the body generates when under emotional strain

- build and maintain healthy connections with loved ones, friends, neighbors, colleagues to enhance the energy fields we operate in and feel most acutely around us

- most importantly, grow into your relationship with God, our creator and protector, try your best to live as his eternal word gives us guidance to live, Be as forgiving of others who transgress us as we seek from others and God for our past transgressions against them, we are all fallen man. Our healthy souls are our best protector of all.

These are age-old, time-tested strategies to acquiring and maintaining the healthiest internal terrain we can. And most don't cost a thing. Treating the natural world around us as an enemy, dangerous, harboring bad germs we must protect ourselves from and rid our environment of is foolish and an arrogance of man; we are not in control of it and most all of the allopathic germ theory measures stem from that false belief that we are in control of nature. Control of the natural world is an illusion of prideful man, we must recognize our limitations and take care of the only things we have control over, and that is how we maintain our own bodies. No pills, no chemicals concocted in a laboratory will ever surpass the protective and healing powers we have the innate capability of optimizing inside our own bodies.

this is a nice and accurate list, but most Americans are NOT healthy. There are plenty of strategies to keep even unhealthy and immune compromised folks from poor outcomes. This is the time to make sure people are aware of those first and foremost, and then educate them on risk reduction strategies.

Expand full comment

I shared a similar list on my social media in March, 2020. Which was met with your same response, pretty much verbatim. "Most Americans are NOT healthy...this is the time to protect them first and foremost, and then educate them on risk reduction strategies." If I had a dollar for every time people said that...two and a half years ago, I'd be very wealthy!

Two+ years into a pandemic that disproportionately sickens and kills the obese and diabetic - as all disease does, they are comorbidities for a reason - should be sufficient time for most everyone to become healthy following that list if they care about their own survival.

Had public health authorities and leaders first responses been, "Let's Get Fit America to Beat Covid," instead of, "Just Wear the Damn Mask," and, "Get the Damn Jab to Beat Covid," then we'd have saved millions of lives by now from/with CV, flu, pneumonia, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, cancer, pretty much every non-accidental cause of death. That's an indisputable fact.

Instead we've had obese, diabetic, double-masked, triple-vaxxed people pushing shopping carts full of soda and junk food in the supermarket yelling at healthy people buying produce for not wearing a mask. Because they were told it was everyone else's responsibility to protect them from their poor decisions. Socialized medicine in action, make everyone equally miserable, lowering all rather than lifting up.

The list is THE way to keep all from poor outcomes from disease. There's no better strategy.

Dr. Alexander's recommendations are good to follow a high-risk exposure, but not as part of a regular routine. That will destroy your body's first, best line of defense, your microbiome. We have good and bad microbiome that coexists on our skin and mucous membranes (and in our gastrointestinal system). Sterilization as he describes destroys all of it indiscriminately. We *need* our good microbiome to keep us healthy. They take time to repopulate after being nuked like he describes, leaving us highly vulnerable until that happens. Where allopathic medicine typically fails, the arrogance of man over nature.

From my list you know what works better than his chemical protocol and has instantaneous results? Hydration. Moist mucous membranes contain the most powerful antivirals available that don't harm good microbiome. When you are dehydrated your mucous membranes dry out, leaving that critical point of entry to your blood and respiratory system unprotected. Infectious pathogens that can't get inside you in the first place can't harm you. Stay properly hydrated to keep your mucous membranes moist and you won't even engage your T-cell defenders, much less need to produce specialized antibodies to fight infection. And proper hydration improves all body functions, efficiency of internal organs, blood flow, etc. Our most important good health strategy. Medical science fact.

I challenge the good doctor to refute this counsel I share in my several comments.

Our health is our own individual responsibility. Nobody else can save us from our own poor self-care. Burdening others is morally and ethically wrong. Educate yourself as I have, the information is available when you look for it. Learn biology, virology, it's not that hard if you can read and have a brain in this Information Age. It's a myth that doctors are smarter than most, they just study subjects that most don't choose to, are intimidated by.

Nobody else cares more about your health and life, has more at stake than you. Act like it and learn how to properly care for your own health. Or suffer the consequences. Like listening to those really smart doctors who are telling you to get the clot shot. Placing their medical licenses and income over your health and life.

My list is a good starting guide to good health. Up to others to take it from there.

I think you mistook my comment for disagreement. It is clear that the public health authorities in this country (and apparently most of the world) do not care about your health, they care about selling you products. So, step one is to understand that. Step two is knowing what you can do, immediately, on your own, to protect yourself in a situation of acute illness. Next, you need to know how to reduce your risk of infection, through a variety of means. Nasal/oral hygiene is top of the list, because it is affordable, simple and highly effective. Everything on your list are excellent additions, but are not primary prevention strategies. If someone is obese and diabetic, we need them to know that they can prevent illness, and if that fails, that they can safely get through acute illness. That builds trust, empowers and on-boards them to additional steps in being a proactive co-participant in their continued health and wellness management. That's where your list kicks in.

Expand full comment

That is so backwards. It's the same thinking people adopted at the beginning of the pandemic fear. Two years ago, had my list been followed those people who are still, today, obese and diabetic would not be at risk.

The approach you take is to treat the symptoms, not the disease. The disease is diabetes and obesity. First and foremost. All health begins and ends with the list I offer. Two years into pandemic fear if that hasn't been enough to compel people to make health lifestyle changes then they are choosing to be victims. Enabled by well-meaning advice like Dr. Alexander and you offer, pills and potions that make them believe they can fix their poor lifestyle choices easy-peasy, no major adjustments or sacrifices necessary. They can't. And making them believe that sterilizing their body's innate immune system regularly is beneficial that advice leaves them less capable of preventing illness.

Immediate sterilization is only advisable after exposure in a highly contaminated environment. Please stop with the pretend thinking this is an emergency environment of unimaginable biological threats that people have to decontaminate from as routine. The only routine that needs to be widely disseminated is the healthy habits list I post above and have posted on social media since February, 2020.

Two years on indulging the fantasy that quick fixes to poor health choices must flood the information ecosystem is nonsensical. And dangerous. The most fever-pitched, blared, pants-on-fire messaging needs to be saying, "Put down the soda, junk food, fast food and sugar! Stat!" First. THEN comes advice on emergency sterilization practices after high risk exposures. You have it very backwards. Just as health authorities like Dr. Alexander do.

I had a stack similar to that, not everything though. Had nigella sativa seeds rather than oil. Over it in 3 days. I am in my 40s. My boss who is a few years younger then me (and vaxxed) said he had it pretty bad for 5 days, we are both in fairly good shape. Not sure if my stack helped, or his vax hindered. 1.- I would appreciate something more scientific than "1/2 teaspoon of betadine mixed with 1.5 ounces of water". You know, like mililiters and stuff.

2.- I would like to know if this has secondary effects. Because it sounds like aggresive to the nostrils.

3.- About the bitter taste. Try to find "oral betadine", the taste is not good but bearable. I have never tried the original betadine, only the oral version.

I am not certain that 1/2 teaspoon is necessary. I'd also heard from some of the people advocating this that you could use a few "drops" so it is less concentrated.

I'd love to hear if there is a consensus on the minimum-maximum concentration in order to get the desired effects without any undesirable effects.

I read 1%. I diluted more, as I didn't have too much iodine and added salt (I use salt in a neti pot when I get a cold usually, better than chemical decongestant). It did sting a bit. No pain no gain. I don't find it bitter, more metallic kind of taste.

Thank you so much for the updated information you generously provide--your feed is like drinking from a firehose! In regards to the rinses, I am hypothyroid and have heard that iodine nasal washes can aggravate that condition. Furthermore, while I've used diluted hydrogen peroxide rinses for oral infection in the past--with very good results, our school nurse told me its use has recently been discouraged due to the negative effects of oxidation on delicate mucosal tissue. Can you comment on these concerns?
