Provodone-iodine or betadyne, the latter comes in a zillion forms: liquid, pads, cream, former is generic liquid and less expensive, I've used for years upon years for all cuts, scrapes, skin eruptions on myself, kids, dogs, horses, everything, using cotton balls. Never used internally but am aware of that aspect.
I use DMSO internally and externally; for external use I'll sometimes mix it with betadyne. I'll link the no odor DMSO below. All of us take small amounts internally including all small shepherds. Take small amounts internally to test tolerance. Externally ok everywhere but have to go small amounts testing tolerance as stuff can cause itching; If itchy, use lotion; I use whatever the wife is using.
Be advised that body harvesters transport organs in a DMSO bath. Point being its safe BUT have to make sure you tolerant the stuff BY USING SMALL AMOUNTS. So with myself, I'll spray DMSO into mouth up to ten pumps or so. Number of times per day depends upon what's going on; my tolerance is high so I can do at least 4-5 treatments per day when everyone else in the house or elsewhere is down with whatever. I never get sick but do get injured from impacts whatever.

Clears out the nostrils. I of course used a standard clear mouthwash (can see it turn purple) since the mouthwash is already buffered and tastes less offensive as a mouthwash.
If a serious Plandemic is allowed to arise again, I would more than guarantee that this method is safer and more effective than any gene therapy Vaxx they would come up with. Method will reduce viral load to something manageable and let one's nature immune system to the rest.
I credit it to shorten my symptoms of Omicron BA.1 (12/31/2021 - 1/2/2022) more than any or the other protocols because I was applying it each day at the time I was infected. Of course the moment I suspected symptoms, I quadrupled the frequency of application.

We followed dr Mercola’s advice over the last few years using hydrogen peroxide (food grade).
Mixed 3.75 ml , with 1 pint of filtered purified water and a tea spoon of pink Himalayan sea salt.
Kept in a glass jar
We use it in a cheap £30 nebuliser ,treat the whole family with it and it really is a great way to cleanse your airways 🙏
