Call out the 120 Democratic and 91 Republican Representatives currently in the U.S. Congress who voted to pass the multi-billion dollar 21st Century Cures Act (2016) that enabled uninformed consent and pushed "Real World Evidence" during the past two years. - RightingTheWrongs.org

No pressure....you have said you might write a form letter for "us" to use. Is this still a goal? I'm only asking because I haven't a clue what to say. I read all your posts, so I shouldn't have missed it if it was sent. Thank-you, Lee!

I plan on bulleted talking points. I don't think I would feel genuine about writing a form letter because the issues are so complex and surely my thoughts cannot be exactly the same as everyone else, but yes I am working in my mind about it, the best approach. I also feel people's individual experiences are the most impactful and don't want to discourage that.

In the meantime, I know it's equally important for us to talk to people who are not in the know. Talking simply, if say 50% are in the know, if each of us talks to just one or two other persons warmly and with good information to get them to start questioning and connecting the dots, then we are well on our way from 50% to 100%.

I believe talking kindly in person, messaging people here and there, and posting on social media and referring back here to substack where there is a wealth of information and uncensored opinion would be a good way to bridge the divide.

I can deal with bullet points. I'd just appreciate anything to get my brain started. I can stare at a bank page all day and never come up with the least little idea. (Don't get old. The mind goes.)

Removing liability of pharma entities, and that too of our [allegedly 'elected'] politicians which should be done BEFORE voting them ALL out of office. Our govt is filled with liars, thieves, fraudsters, and materialistic self-centered a-holes who cannot nor will never tell the truth, even if an ETB was standing before them and us!

I've been nebulizing with saline (7 1/4 teaspoons) and hydrogen peroxide (3% food grade) (1/4 teaspoon) as per Dr. Mercola. Same idea - after being in a crowded place etc. Also use xlear and have used the povidone-iodine with saline. Amazon has great little spray bottles (blue) As a good side effect, it cleared up a lot of sinus related problems.

Ditto Pearl, my nebulizer per Mercola crushes any respiratory issue in just a day or 2.. like you said 3% food grade HP w/ Saline solution does the trick, I will also work in colloidal silver w/ saline solution if needed. almost 2 yrs without any significant illness with this program.. 72 and very fit which helps speed any recovery..

I was going to mention xlear, the manufacturer tried to get fda approval to show on their xlear label the study (s) showing it killed covid virus. Regardless of documentation they were denied. I'm sure the fda couldn't deny that fast enough!

A couple years before covid, just to avoid flu or cold we started keeping iodine swabs in purse, pocket and vehicles during the season. Swabbed up our nose before and or after going into public places.

Omg that is exactly what I did the last few days when exposed to covid, and when my husband got, any small symptoms I had went away instantly also gargle 3 times a day with cepecol (ingrediant Catylpyridinium chloride) woohoo, it so amazind. I dilute the beta iodone 1 tsp to 10 tsp water and swabed my nose 6 times a day! IT works!! I did not get his covid/omicron. He was further in symptoms but started doing it too and second day turned the corner of the head cold omicron virus. yeyy doit spread the news. Reject the BS from the CDC

More early treatment protocols that everyone should know and use. When/if the average American wakes up and starts taking seriously that fact the massvaxists are purposefully endangering their lives and trying to suppress treatments that work, there might be changes. For now the slumbering giant is still hitting the snooze button as mandates are still alive and well and lockdowns are only one FJB administration proclamation away. Unfortunately it seems that until everyone has a family member or friend get real sick and perhaps even die, the slumber will continue. Elections... yeah right. Don’t expect as much change as the establishment promotes. FJB campaigned in 2020 like a sloth without a good night sleep and pulled off a “win”. Not enough major changes to election process made so expect more of the same and probably a lot of audit-proof fraud that will never be discovered. Well done America!

I think your post about flushing out the nasal passages and gargling is probably one of the best pieces of advice that should have been emphasized since the beginning of this pandemic. I have a good supply of xlear which is a saline nasal wash and to gargle I use diluted tea tree oil, making sure I don't swallow it. I have mentioned the protecal of both nasal rinses and gargling at the first sign of covid or as a prevention measure to many people and it seems to go in one ear and out the other. It makes total sense to do this since the virus starts there. Unfortunately the advice given by most doctors was go home if you have covid and if your symptoms get worse call a doctor or go to the hospital. Staying home and doing nothing pro active is the opposite of common sense which seems to be lacking these days.

I’ve been mixing saline and the iodine, since without the saline it can burn in the nose. Please let me know if this is not recommended!

Expand full comment

That’s what I do. Buy spray bottle of plain saline and add iodine to that. Each family member has their own bottle. Works great.

Don’t know about iodine but I had heard silver and salt should not be mixed. I’ve done it with no apparent harm but heard it inactivatesvthe silver. I’m not a chemist.

Multiple nasal rinses can help. For those money challenged, try saline alone. Neti pot (I.e. a thorough rinse of the sinuses) is my recommendation but if I’m in a situation (I.e. at work, just spray).

I use 4 oz distilled water, 3-4 drops eucalyptus oil (organic preferred), 1/4 t xylitol and 1/8 t salt. I also use vitamin c powder (sodium ascorbate), but I think that is more an allergy aid, not cleansing. The xylitol, salt and eucalyptus are all proven anti bacterial. I believe xylitol is anti viral and anti fungal although I’m not sure I’ve seen proof of this. Eucalyptus oil has been proven against covid.

I’ve used silver in high concentrations also nasally but it’s more expensive. I don’t normally mix silver in because I’m not sure of interactions.

Not a chemist either but my gut tells me that you should not mix colloidal silver with salt (chlorides) or Iodine or Hydrogen peroxide. So I would keep the silver separate and fresh, it was part of the covid protocol in Zimbabwe right from the early days. The c19early.com list also includes carrageen/Ivermectin nasal spray that showed good results.

I agree it is not practical to prepare a P-I rinse for each use and few people will do it.

I'm not aware of any plain buffered saline that comes in a true sprayer. I have such 12 ounce bottles used for contact lens wearers. But the NaCl will reaction with Iodine. I still maintain that putting the P-I in the most basic clear mouthwash (has minimal NaF) is the safest and cheapest method. If it retains the deep purple color, it should still be good. Using plain filtered water should be OK (the iodine will kill any microbes) but mouthwash will taste better and guarantee neutral pH. Again 3 tablespoons of the 10% P-I per liter makes a 0.45% P-I solution, as a guide.

The fine nasal sprayers can be expensive:

Instead I had more control of nasal application by soaking a Q-tip in a mouthwash cap and applying deep into each nostril (and rotate), until feels uncomfortable. Can repeat as tolerated.

If treating a real early infection (with initial symptoms of fatigue), P-I in a NetiPot would be the strongest application. I wasn't willing to take that chance, in my case and apparently it wasn't necessary as all symptoms were gone in 2 1/2 days along with documented protocol + Mucinex DM.

Budesonide nasal spray also works well apparently - same product that is in asthma preventer inhalers and probably a reason asthmatics not being badly impacted by covid https://www.aftpharm.com/product/steroclear/?msclkid=7357c209c75711ecb372b00e4acdce5a

A Budesonide Inhaler that is recommended by some of the leading treating physicians(eg symbicort 160/2.5 budesonide inhaler), requires a prescription in the USA, and is very expensive, even with insurance.

I doubt any physician would write a script to be used for routine Omicron treatment.

People need to be warned of the side effects of a strong steroid treatment.

If is far better to try to reduce viral load by up to 90% by correct Povidone-Iodine usage, as I have written above. Treat ASAP is always the key.

And over-the-counter Mucinex DM will control the main symptom of Omicron.

Expand full comment

There are steroid side effects from Budesonide. It was a method of treatment used for prior variants, if virus spread to lungs. It should NEVER be used as a preventative. Only for the higher risk population at that time, post infection reaching lungs.

For Omicron, the P-I method I listed is safe (if not swallowed) for anyone without hyperthyroid condition, as a preventative. It will greatly reduce viral load and allow the body to do the rest, combined with Mucinex DM.

As I said, the Budesonide inhaler is only for the very high risk population, especially those hospitalized where the virus spread past the viral replication phase. Per your link:

"Inhaled budesonide for adults with COVID-19 in the community

This position statement on inhaled budesonide has been updated on 1 April 2022. Changes from the previous Position Statement are in red text.

The amendment narrows the recommended eligible population for inhaled budesonide to target those who are at highest risk of progression to requiring in-hospital treatment for COVID-19 disease. The document now also includes guidance for navigating challenges with turbuhaler use in certain communities"

We bought the recommended (by C19 google group) "symbicort 160/2.5 budesonide inhaler" almost 1 yr ago, in case we had a bad case of the Delta variant, and everything else failed. We paid $200 for a 120 inhalation product, discounted from $500 with good insurance. Perhaps Big Pharma recommended this expensive product in New Zealand. I had previously bought the Budesonide 32mcg Rite Aid nasal spray used for asthma. I was told it would not be effective like the inhaler to get to the lungs. Of course all steroids should be used with caution because of the side effects including bone loss.

In any case a healthy person should not need it for Omicron.

The Povidone-Iodine prepared oral/nasal mouthwash, as I described, can be safely used as a preventative, with increased usage at first symptoms. Reducing viral load by up to 90% early on (if used correctly) if far superior to trying to treat later on, by any method. And since Omicron replicates at least 70x faster that Delta, usage of hydroxycloroquine with extra Zinc is also effective. And Azithromycin (250 mg for around 5 days) should be tried before considering a Budesonide inhaler, anyway.

The Omicron variant doesn't replicate effectively in the lungs, which is a main reason it is less dangerous than Delta. Still, anyone hospitalized can be killed with 5 days of Remdesivir infusion.

Should anyone take advice from New Zealand, the worst offender in the world for lock downs, only to be proven to be a terrible mistake? Around 3 million of 5 million population has been infected with Omicron in less than 3 months, despite mass booster gene therapy?

Regarding the flavor. At least in Spain there is a specific povidone for mouth washes. Tastes decently.
