Are the operative words ‘AFTER’ and ‘FUTURE’ in that text above? What say you?

So is this use of the term ‘blanket pardon’ a MADE-UP fake term that is not even captured in the legal congressional text? No SCOTUS or Founding Fathers ever used that term ‘blanket’…so POTUSes now are using it with no legal basis. 4

Is this like ‘pre-crime’ from the Tom Cruize movie MINORITY REPORT?

IMO, the POTUS cannot pardon you for crimes you did in the past or any future crimes and I am no legal constitutional Pardon Power expert and cede to you here to expand this debate…
