I do not have an answer with certainty. However, Trump is most clear on the role of the Deep State at this point. And he knows our own inner government is our own worst enemy. He knows where the attacks against him are coming from. And he knows that Fauci is a tool of the Deep State and one of them too. I do not think that Trump is a tool of the Deep State.
Most people are about 65% water. I would say that Fauci is about 55% bull shit and and 40% pure ego. Does that mean he is dehydrated?
