These people-- willing to vaccinate their children, unwilling to express frustration that the vaccines have turned out to be all risk and no benefit-- are the true fringe. They hold views that are acceptable only because we consider the right to free expression so precious that we are unwilling to forsake it even when we meet those whose actions and intentions are so debased.
